Join us for an exclusive evening at the ballpark: a fireside chat with Durham Bulls leadership, a dinner buffet at the PNC Triangle Club, and Owner’s Box seats for the game as the Bulls take on the Memphis Redbirds.
This event is in addition to our Ivy+ Night at the Durham Bulls on August 30 — space at each is separate, so join us for one or both.
Featured Guests
Mike Birling — Vice President of CBC Sports. Birling joined the Durham Bulls in 1998 as Assistant General Manager, was promoted to General Manager in 2002, and now leads baseball operations across CBC Sports. A two-time International League Executive of the Year, he has overseen the DBAP’s ballpark renovations and the Bulls’ hosting of the Triple-A National Championship and multiple Triple-A All-Star Games.
Chrystal Rowe — General Manager, Durham Bulls. Rowe joined the Bulls in 2023 as Assistant GM of Sales & Marketing and was named General Manager after leading the organization to a Triple-A Organization of the Year honor. A North Carolina native and UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, she previously spent 18 years with the Carolina Panthers.

Bulls Trivia
Little-known fact: the “Hit Bull, Win Steak” sign beyond the outfield wall was built as a prop for the 1988 film Bull Durham and became such a fan favorite it’s stayed part of the DBAP experience ever since — hit the bull during the game and you win a steak (hit the grass in front of it, and you’ll settle for a salad).
