From Elite Athlete To Leader

What sports teaches us about performance, resilience, and success

Join the Harvard Club of the Research Triangle and GrepBeat for an engaging evening exploring how the mindset and discipline of elite athletes translate into leadership, entrepreneurship, and impact.

This conversation brings together Harvard alumni who competed at the highest levels—from Ivy League record-setters to Olympic competition—and have gone on to build companies, lead organizations, and invest in the next generation.

Together, we’ll explore:

Performing under pressure

The transition from athlete to leader

How discipline, resilience, and teamwork show up in business

Lessons that apply to all of us—on and off the field

Whether you’re an athlete, entrepreneur, or simply curious about what drives high performance, you’ll leave with insights you can apply immediately.
