Thriving in 2026 with Harvard Dr. Marie-Christine Nizzi
LEADING & COPING IN TIMES OF STRESS: A conversation about mental wellness in a stressor-rich environment
Join us in welcoming Dr. Marie-Christine Nizzi, a world-leading scientist (with 2 PhDs and 4 Masters from Harvard and Paris Sorbonne) who currently serves as lead clinical psychologist at the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine to advise the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as the CEO of Precision Psychologie PLLC, and Clinical Faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at UCLA. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply burnt-out, join us for an informative session offering helpful tips to ensure mental wellness in a stressor-rich environment. This special event promises to be an engaging discussion about ways to thrive in 2026 and beyond.
In a world shaped by rapid change, persistent uncertainty, and increasing polarization, maintaining mental wellness—and having meaningful conversations across differences—can feel harder than ever. This Harvard Alumni conversation will explore the psychological impact of today’s global, social, and personal stressors, and why even well-intentioned dialogue can break down in high-pressure environments.
Together, we’ll discuss evidence-based, science-grounded strategies specifically designed for high-achievers to help Alumni navigate challenges in their professional lives, families, and communities. The focus will be on concrete, applicable takeaways you can use immediately to support resilience, clarity, and connection.
Dr. Nizzi will field questions from the audience. And, afterwards, for those interested, we will continue the conversation at a nearby restaurant bar over informal cash bar drinks and an additional opportunity to network with Dr. Nizzi and fellow club members. Join the conversation that has engaged Harvard Alums from Boston to Melbourne.
