Neal Shah co-founded CareYaya, a groundbreaking platform that connects families with affordable, high-quality caregivers—empowering pre-health university students to gain hands-on experience while making companion care accessible for those in need. The venture was born from his firsthand experience supporting his grandparents and Kathryn when she was going through intense cancer treatments, which ignited his passion for transforming caregiving.

Kathryn Tisch Shah co-founded  Spring & Mulberry, a next-generation chocolate company that reimagines indulgence by using dates instead of refined sugar. Inspired by her journey of cutting out sugar after a cancer diagnosis, Kathryn turned a personal health transformation into a thriving brand that celebrates flavor and wellness.
