Here’s what Chef Vivian Howard described:

For the dinner, I propose we have a first course of three share plates. These will be passed around at each table. We will follow these with a  small second course that is seasonal and emblematic of our cuisine. For the main course there will be two choices, a meat and a fish, both selected from the menu downstairs. For dessert, we will provide a tasting of three small desserts for each person. Price includes tax, gratuity, beer and wine. Vegetarian options available.

Reservation REQUIRED.

To reserve a seat on the bus, please contact Allegra Jordan, HCRT programs chair, directly at ajordan@innovationabbey.com. We have only 30 spaces so please make reservations early.

Once you have registered with Allegra, please mail the check payable to HCRT (she will provide you with an address). We must have all fees paid in advance.

At present Ms. Hill requests permission to possibly film. She cannot say at present if she will use this permission because it depends where the series is in production.
