Art Gallery Tour of Raleigh Warehouse District, May 16 Noon to 4:30 PM
If you’re an art lover, you won’t want to miss this small-group guided tour of some of Raleigh’s best art galleries. The Raleigh art scene in the Warehouse district has attracted attention even outside of NC. In May 2014, USA Today declared Raleigh’s six-block warehouse district one of the country’s “10 best city art districts” alongside Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Dallas and other metro areas.
Join us as we spend the afternoon exploring some of the Warehouse district’s most interesting art galleries and the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM). We’ll spend the day talking to gallery owners to find out just what has been going on in the Raleigh art world and we’ll have lunch at Tuscan Blu.
